- These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and delivery of products by Zera City Limited.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Products & Availability
- We supply fresh farm produce, flours, and aquaculture products subject to availability.
- Product descriptions, images, and prices on our website or promotional materials are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the actual product.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at our discretion.
Orders & Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website, sales representatives, or retail/wholesale outlets.
- All prices are stated in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments must be made via approved payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, debit/credit card, cash on delivery where available).
- An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
Delivery & Collection
- We deliver to selected cities in Nigeria where our warehouses are located. Delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or by our sales team.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
- Customers may also collect their orders directly from our designated warehouses.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce and fish, returns are accepted only at the time of delivery if the product is damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
- Processed items (such as gari, maize flour, or soya bean flour) may be returned within 48 hours if unopened and in original condition.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Wholesale & Retail Supply
- Wholesale customers must meet minimum order requirements, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Special pricing, bulk delivery schedules, and contracts are subject to separate agreements.
Limitation of Liability
- Zera City Limited is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or website downtime.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, product names, and branding are the property of Zera City Limited and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction.
